Tracie:

Tracie has a bubbly personality but was very self-conscious about her smile. She said her smile was unattractive in photos, and she wanted to improve her look by enhancing her smile.

Tracie had a missing lateral incisor and had an older style “Maryland bridge”. The older style bridge gave a gray tint to some of her front teeth. Also, recession made some of her gingival contours uneven, and some overlapping to her front two teeth was present. We analyzed her smile, and we both agreed that her teeth were the correct size and shape, but we needed to finesse the contours and color.

Tracie now has the smile she was dreaming of. We repositioned some of her gum tissue, and we successfully gave her a new smile that is attractive in photographs as well as in person. We were able to correct the overlapping of her teeth and give her smile a color that accentuates her well.
